At the VFP DevCon in October 1996, one of the speakers was using block
commenting that used his initials in place of the !. ie *TLR* Vice *!*
Does anyone know how to set this up? It seems I read about it many moons
ago in a FoxAdvisor or other such publication but I can't seem to find that
issue now.
