FYI

This would get close to spamming which we are not allowed to. We only sent important messages by email such as about to renew and replies to your messages, for example, assuming you would have checked the option.

This could also be seen as forcing the user to take action where everyone is free of using UT in any way they want as long as it doesn't interfere with the infrastructure. So, the best we could do is to clarify the documentation, making access to it a little bit easier but we can't send something like that directly to a user.
