Dragan,

>>Everyone intrinsically 'knows' that there is a God and that He exists. Look at all of the anthropological evidences, particularly of those peoples who have never encountered civilization.
>
>This is the reasoning which gave the missionaries the rights to wipe out entire cultures, because "they have never encountered civilization". They were too blinded with their "mission" to recognize a civilization when they meet one.

Some cultures deserve to be wiped out. However, I am not in favor of nor would I advocate what you are suggesting. As a matter of fact you need to update you list of objections as that practice really has been out of practice for many decades. Now you will usually see itinerant, local-born and bred missionaries who work within the culture. You need to get a better objection. <g>

>> Guess what, they have some form of worship.

>Ah, so with the arrival of civilization they're supposed to give it up. Give up what, that's the question. Their particular ancient form of worship, or the whole idea of worship in general?

Well, that is, I suppose, up to the individual. Cultures change. We really do not live in a static world you know..

>> The problem is is that people do not want to acknowledge these two facts and actively reject these two ideas that causes trouble. This last sentence will most likely elicit outrage from those who have chosen to reject the notions. But, don't blame someone else for doing this should this be tour reaction. It is, afterall, your choice, for which you are responsible for making, not me. I'm just pointing out that you are making it and not at all attempting to force you to make another, though I'd certainly like to influence yo to so do.

Good question... Neither. The Bible says that all are (equally) under this judgement as we are all considered as completely in sin, even if you didn't "do the deed", as they say. That way God can be equally as 'generous' in His grace and forgiveness - even if you didn't deserve the forgiveness, which BTW no one does. Nobody..

What most folks don't understand is the depth and breadth of the goodness of God. Candidly, it is unfair for God to allow me to be born with this propensity and desire to sin and then judge me for it. If that were the end of the story it would indeed be grossly unfair IMO. However, that isn't the end of the story. The Bible teaches that God Himself took upon Himself the form of a man and took the punishment than man deserved. So, when some blame God for the plight of man they overlook the fact that He Himself did something about it and provided a way out.

The Bible does, hoever, assert that those who reject Christ will be judged according to the knowledge they have so those who have less knowledge will be judged less harshly. Since you now know more than most... The Bible also states that there will be rewards in differeing amounts as well.

I deserve the lowest level of hell IMO but I've been forgiven by what He did for me. Totally free.. and totally cool.. <g>
Best,
