Hi,

I have a client that wants to integrate Outlook Calendars with a VFP6 app in which service calls are scheduled. The premise is that service calls are only a portion of the calendar items in an individuals Outlook folders.

It appears that the Outlook Calendar folder for an individual can be accessed only from that individuals computer. IOW, I have not been able to figure out how to run Outlook from a server so that service schedulers can add appointments to the calendars of the service staff.

It appears that in order to do this, the client will have to install Exchange Server. OK for large, wealthy clients, but too expensive for small shops.

Any suggestions?
