that was what i was afraid of. i am using vfp5.0 (licensed) and for a licensed upgrade ms advises us to buy. hmph, for this finished application we are asking our user to buy licensed nt4 and around 10 win95 licenses, aside from the network hardwares we will install.

between the developer and the client, it's ms who will be very very very happy.
