Eric,

While you have the project open, goto Project Info. (on the Project Menu). Go to the Files tab...

In the "Included" column, is the checkbox checked for that table? If it is, it is literally included inside the .exe...which means that it is readonly. You need for that checkbox to not be checked for tables (in most cases).
