This is the error #2034 (see help file),
"A Date or DateTime is not in the valid Date or DateTime format, or is outside the valid Date or DateTime range. For more information about the proper format and range of Date and DateTime constants, see Year 2000 Date Support."

I did not understand well, "FormatChange" is a reserved word. According to help file:
"Reserved words in Microsoft® Visual FoxPro® include functions, system variables, properties, events, methods, commands, menu constants, and clauses. When programming, avoid using reserved words as names (for example, window, table, and field names). If you use a reserved word as a name, it might generate a syntax error"
