I suppose you have it set to 6' to prevent VFP from sending page breaks during the print of the detail?

What are you putting in the footer? Perhaps you could put that information in a group band, or, if the program only prints one receipt at a time, put it in the summary band.

>We are trying to start moving our receipts for our Point of Sale system from @ Say statements to reports for image purposes. I keep having a problem with the length of the receipt. The header prints fine, the detail prints fine, but the footer prints at the end of the receipt, which is about 6 feet long. I've tried to change paper selection on page setup, but nothing seems to be working. If someone else has been through this, any help would be appreciated.
