Hi Randall !
It depends what kind of server do you use for your application. So, I gess it is Novell server. The good idea if you remove all "old" network devices that was determined in NT (for the Novell server). And please write device mapping script on the Novell server (and check that you have permission for running Novell script at your NT PC).
Another way - you can use all as it is, only check disc's name and re-oder them as you need (NT and Novell's client disk's mapping should not crossing).
Another cluse (about general failure) - you wll need manualy re-write properties for application shortcut (add memory - convertional and XMS...).
I use FPD 2.6 and VFP 6.0 on my NT workstation too + Novell client for W2000. They work resonably good. And please check that you use last Novell's client.
>We have several EXE's in VFP 6.0 and FOx 2.5 on a Windows 2000 Server. We have shortcuts on our desktops to run them. They ran fine until they installed the Novell Client on the desktops. Now the letter the shortcuts were mapped to are now changed. When we change them back and try to find the target, it brings up Fox sometimes and then tells us that the path is invalid and causes a Genreal Protection Fault Error.
