This can also (in addition to the rest of the replies) be caused by a class librry being set as read only.
If you have SourceControl software in place, and the app does not register itself with the sourcecontrol software, but uses some files that are, you will get the error when you try to rebuild.
Simply fix is to make sure they arnt read-only, though its better to attach your project to the source control program that is makeing them read only
