If you meant organizing correct navigation in the grid when user is currently in that extra text box - yes, you will require to do some programming of certain events to simulate navigation in the grid. That is why I proposed to use a separate set of controls for editing on the form outside of the grid - this is mor simple, just refresh them in AfterRowColChange event of the grid.
