Yes, but you need to do one of two things:

(1) start with RESOURCE=OFF, and during the main program initialization set the aproprie FIXUSER file for the user,

(2) set the DOS environment variable FOXPROWCFG to point to a unique CONFIG file based in the current user and workstatiom; in the CONFIG,FOW referenced, set an apppriate resource file.
