Thanks for the help. This gets me started, but I remember a thread that discussed Virus Scanners causing some problems. I think that discussion might be more applicable to my situation.

Disabling scanning on one computer took care of the problem there. The other computers don't seem to have a virus scanner running, so I'm not sure there. And some of those are running the Citrix version which is on Win2K.
