>I'm looking for a way to add the up or down arrow symbol to the front and back of a column header caption on a grid. This will denote whether the column is displayed in ascending or descending order. In the old DOS world, I could create a string like 'STORE CHR(148)+"LASTNAME"+CHR(148) to xtitle' and use the variable xtitle in my browse window as the header title. Grids don't quite work the same. Is there a way to create a variable containing more than one font, or is there a font available which has letters as well as symbols. The standard Windows fonts don't seem to have both.

Check for 'Courier New (OEM)'.
This font contain all chars and symbols commonly used in DOS.

If we exchange an apple, we both get an apple.
But if we exchange an idea, we both get 2 ideas, cool...Gérald Santerre
