Thanks for this. Having just been blessed with a grand daughter 2 1/2 months ago I have already passed your message on to my son/daughter-in-law.

You note that the stuff is no longer used in the States. I will have to search to see what the situation is in Canada.

I see from another reply of yours that you haven't given up hope. That's the main ingredient to beating anything.

We are living in fortuitous times, with thousands of scientists working on a great many of humanity's health issues and potential breakthroughs are basically daily news. Sadly, some ailments get far more attention than others, but I do think that most are being worked on some place, by someone.
Probably as important, the exhuberance of the 40's-80's for science solving everything, that led to many similar issues like the one you expose here, has abated significantly.
