I just sent a message and, within seconds, I got notification beside the "Agent" icon. When I clicked on it the message that I had just sent showed in the list displayed.

Sadly, being webically-challenged, I don't even know what an "agent" is, let alone how to use it.

So my question is: what's going on here?
