There are several methods to get rid of mercury. The most effective is thorugh IV and vitamin supplements through a process called chelation. Another method is to use dry sauna therapy. If you read my earlier posts, I discuss in detail how the effects can be reversed in young children. It is more difficult the longer it stays in the system and permeates the fatty tissue of the brain.
