While I use VNC. here is a thought.
you are remoting controling your client machine I assume,
while you could send an attachment in email, its more direct to save whatever files to a ftp folder, on your server, then transfer the files from their compute which you are controling, to their comuter using FTP.

FTP is avail using standard IE with a syntax like ftp://myipaddress/myfolder
and so on.
