>How can I set the page length of a report to unlimited ? I want to print >receipts from my Point of Sale application and there should not be any page >break unless all transaction details have been printed out. I've done that in FPD (a roll printer on the counter in a restaurant) - simply cleared the "eject before" and "eject after" in the report, and made page length big enough. You may also try to completely omit the page header and footer from the report, and keep all the header info in group band (grouping by eof() is an old trick), but then I think it will still issue formfeeds after _plength lines. I'm not sure what's the maximum value for number of lines per report - you'd better try File/PageSetup, but I doubt you'll find anything worthy there: it lets you pick from available paper sizes. Probably you'd have to define some custom paper (say 200 by 6 inch or so). Just a quote from the help: "_PLENGTH System Variable Included for backward compatibility. Use the Report Designer instead."
