Thanks!!

>>I have JVP's article downloaded and have read it. I'm trying to create a small program to implement some of it's features but am clearly missing something. On page 4 the instructions to create a new data link are: right click your destop and choose New/Microsoft Data Link. I don't have that option. I have VFP 6 and VFP 7 on this machine. All components from 7 were loaded which I assumed would have updated the MS Data Access Components. Did I miss the MDAC part or do I have to go to the MS site listed to download this?

>The Microsoft Data Link was removed from New right click menu at some point by MS. Instead, you can click your destop and choose New/Text Document and change it's name to something.UDL. Double click on the file created (with .UDL extension) and you will get Data Link properties.
