Just to make sure I understand your problem. I assume you have two records for each report in SQL Server? One record for the FRT and one for the FRX? When you restore these files from SQL Server, do you assign the correct extension to each file? If yes, could it be a problem with the version of FoxPro? Were these reports created with the same (or compatible) version of FoxPro?
Other than that, I have no more ideas what could be causing your problem :(
