Hi Alejandro,
Icon = "MyGraphic.BMP"
means the path isn't necessary, but also the file won't be automatically pulled into the project.
MyCharacterProperty = "1" If you put 1, the property is assumed to be numeric.
Just a couple of issues.

>I have noticed in the framework I use that sometimes a defined property has a value of ="xxx" in the property sheet and another property might have a value of YYY (no equal sign or quotes). What is the difference in behavior between the two?
