Hi!
Do not call form from the ActiveX control. To do so, put a timer on the form which is not running. In the Click event of the ActiveX (Coolbar) start that timer and finish ActiveX event. Because Timer is standard VFP control, starting form from it should work ok. Before starting form in the timer event, stop that timer.
