Do you actually want the indentations on the menu, or would you have a sub menus? I think submenus woudl be the best way to do this if you want to use the menu stuff. To see how to add menu bars as you go, check out this class:

FWIW, I think a small HTML window or a treeview would be the best UI here, especially if you have more than a couple dozen options.
