i am trying to develop a software which tracks all phone calls made from any telephone or extension within an office by capturing the output details such as extension nmbr, tele nmbr, call duration, etc. through an epabx machine and store the details in a database for subsequent analysis.

i have no idea as to how to go about this. can anyone help me pls.

i know i have to use the MSCOMM32.OCX file but nothing more than that.
