I looked into it, and as it turned out they would only give the money directly to the person who did it, they wouldnt allow a 3rd person in the middle. Obviously those who are able to do such things are not real intrested in telling the whole world they can. IMO, the Oracle claim is even more ridicilous than that one.

The thing is not fully funny. It's the "I'll invest only as much into the protection scheme as to divert the ordinary bums and fools, and make it just sufficiently complicated; than if anyone breaks through that, I'd like to hire the guy".
