Ok, this is a minor thing that just keeps bugging me anytime I need to reset my dev environment. I think I'm just missing the obvious, but somebody slap me here...

If the 'Standard' toolbar gets released, how do you 'create' it so that you can issue a show/activate window 'standard'?
