Sorry, but I don't thinks this has anything to do with the problem. According to the help file ClipControls "determines whether graphics methods in Paint events repaint the entire object or only newly exposed areas. Also determines whether the graphical operating environment creates a clipping region that excludes nongraphical controls contained by the object."

Has nothing whatever to do with Copy and Paste!
