Title:
Creating Multiple Connections
I'm encountering a problem when I create a new connection. To recap I want to generate two views of two different Access databases. The first connection and view work as expected. Once I create a second connection using the Connection Designer, the first view generates the error message below whether I browse or modify. I'm forced to delete the view and recreate.
When I try to recreate the view using the first connection, the tables displayed are the tables from the second connection's database
Connectivity error: (Microsoft) ODBC Microsoft Access Driver. The MS Jet
Engine can not find the input table or query "Payments00" (or Payments95 if
that was changed last).
Connection LL00 (first connection) is designed to open Access Database LL00
and table Payments00
Connection LL95 (second connection) is designed to open Access Database LL95
and table Payments95
Does anybody have any idea how and why this can occur?
