This seems to be what is happening.

FORM_1 wants to "finish" Alt+F, and this way gets focus after FORM_2 has started.
How can I make FORM_1 "finish" Alt+F before I start FORM_2?
Using Alt+key to activate the menu is standard menu-behavior and has to stay that way.
