You can select the form designer with the mouse, if the method code isn't maximized. Or you can use Ctrl-F6 or Ctrl-F1.
However, I insist that VFP remembers (but doesn't open) the last opened form. Activate with the "View | Code" command instead of double-clicking. Requires foxuser.dbf.
