I will try to make a workaround. ( I think this is a bug )

On key label cannot be used.
The user can press "alt", wait 10 minutes, and the press "downarrow" or some other key. This will not be trapped by "on key label".

I will try to use the "SKIP FOR" in popup definitions. Then everything going on in the menu can be detected, I hope.

If I find out something that works, I will post it.
Now it's time to think about Christmas preparations, my wife says. I am afraid she destroys my computer if I don't help her. :-)
