Hi,
I have an VFP6 (SP5) app that I am now testing on my new laptop running Windows XP Professional (512 MB Ram, 1.2 GHz - man is it fast...)
Anyway, here's the issue: Running in development mode - everything is fine. However, when I compile the exe and run it - I get a messagebox that says:
messagebox title: "switch2.exe - No Disk"
messagebox contents: "There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive E:."
My options are Cancel, Try Again and Continue. Clicking Cancel or Continue brings me to my login screen. (i.e. this message doesn't appear to mean anything - it's just annoying).
Has anyone else seen this behaviour? Any idea why I would be getting this message - and only when running from the compiled exe?
Thanks in advance, Al
