Hi Folks!

I am looking for a few Visual Basic beta testers for my DLL library of credit and debit card processing routines. The product will enable you to add credit and debit card processing via modem to your software with a single line of code and a very simple procedural interface.

The original product was developed in FoxPro and was intended for the FoxPro community. I have developed several versions certified with six leading processors. I have successfully marketed this library to the FoxPro developers of POS and order management software since 1995. The product has been installed at thousands of sites. Now I have created a DLL which can be used in any 32-bit Windows language.

What is expected of the beta testers is the ability to check operation of the program in different operating systems: Windows 95/98/NT/ME/2000/XP and, if possible, with different modems. The test itself will take only a few minutes since the goal is to check communications. All you will need to do is to place the DLL library in the appropriate SYSTEM directory of your operating system and load the test program into VB environment. The program will be dialing an 800 number of the processor and interact with processing network using special test merchant ID. The script (commented BAS program) is provided. The test credit card number is also provided.

Anyone interested please e-mail me your request at

or reply to my message here. Since the toll-free number will work only in US and Canada the pool of potential testers is limited to North America. When product is released, I will send free copy of the library to every beta tester who has provided feedback.
