There is a strange question.

I have build an installation for my application. It can be installed on Win98 and Win 2K. But i try to install it on NT4.0 (with sp6.0a and IE6), a message appeared: "The procedure entry point SetHandleContext could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll." when the NT loading service.exe and spoolss.exe and rpcss.exe. How can i solve this problem?
