Unfortunately, this problem is still a limitation.
I have two main goals in my mind, solve this issue and also the correct positioning of an object when the previous objects are not printed because they contains remove line if blank option checked and the line is really empty.

I was a former user of Foxword (which created an RTF file via a printer driver) and I believe that the fundamental approach they took -- move everything to a table in word or RTF -- was more flexible and solved the stretch problem completely. I am sure there is a good reason that John Koziol went with textboxes vs. tables. Unless you get away from textboxes, I don't know how you can solve the stretching issue.
