No indicas la versión del SP. Asegúrate de tener el último Service Pack (#5), de: http://msdn.microsoft.com/vfoxpro. Si actualizas, tienes que recompilar, y distribuir la última versión de los DLL.

Evita nombres de carpetas / archivos que incluyen espacios - aunque esto ha sido solucionado en SP4, creo.
