i see your message is a couple days old, but if you didn't already
solve your problem ...

when you run CLIREG32.EXE , Windows expects to find AUTOPRX32.DLL in the
WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory. if it is not, you will get the error you listed.
you will also need to copy the VBR file from your server to your client
machine. syntax = "CLIREG32 myvbr.vbr".
i usually just put clireg32.exe in the WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory also, so
i don't have to specify a path for it.
