One solution might be to create a "gateway" app in VFP that runs on a timer and synchronizes the Outlook events with a table that can be accessed by the network. A bit clunky perhaps, but should work.

Another possibility might be to use the Outlook calendar sharing option to pull records automatically from another user's calendar. You should then be able to access that folder using the standard createapplication() commands.
