Is your company a member of UCC? If you have a vendor number for UPC purposes, you probably are. And if so, they can give you your username & password to their website, which has all of the EDI standards.

I suppose you have documentation from the trading partner (customer?) you are dealing with, but I know sometimes it can be lacking...
