Im not sure what you mean by "condensed" font - this is a kinda Epson/DotMatrix expression - I used to print in condensed mode 20yrs ago to my Epson <s>.

Why not choose a font size in the VFP report of 6pt or so using a smallish font like, say, Tahoma? A spreadsheet can have mnay columns but a printer will only print to the width of the paper - if you make the font too small, you wont be able to read it - period. What your client prints with a spreadsheet to the same degree should be printable with a VFP report.
