I have a utility that sends the currently selected table/cursor to Excel and nicely formats the sheet to fit on one page wide. If the table is part of a DBC, then the captions are used as the column names. You can either preview the sheet, print it directly to the printer or save the Excel file without user interaction. It's quite handy. If you're interested, I can send you the code. I'd have to remove some dependencies as this is part of an output class.
