All of our customers use the OKIDATA 320 or 320 Turbo printers. They have to print many contracts and or multiple part forms which we program for them so we have control over which dot matrix printers they can use. With Win98 the printer driver is typically the Okidata ML 320-IBM. The corresponding driver on Win2000 is Okidata 320 Turbo/D (IBM). Thinking the problem may have been in the driver on my 2000 machine I installed the ML 320-IBM driver and got the same result- a grey blob.

If all my users had inkjets or laser printers in addition to their dot matrix printers, I would not now have a problem. However, we just converted to our new Windows program and many of them had to upgrade their machines and it would be a little much at this point to insist that they also buy new printers.
