Perhaps this is a clue to the problem. Here is a list of the CRYSTL32.OCX required runtime files and the dates that I am showing for the files in my WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory. Could any of these cause the OLE error code 0X80020003: Member not found.

It appears that the dates on these required run-time files are scattered between very old and fairly new. I wonder if that's causing a problem. Also, this list of required run-time files is a combination of two lists that did not agree 100 percent on the CRYSTL32.OCX run-time files. I checked that all of the above files are in my WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory. I am about to check which ones need to be registered and which ones are or are not currently registered on my computer.
