Randy,

I would suggest that you not store the image in a general field. In the table you can store file name (including path) and you can get it to print on the report. If you do a search in the FAQ's on 'JPG' you will see an entry that gives more information on doing this.

If the signature is always going to be the same, you can simply point the report to the signature file (in report development mode).
