Do not let my comments stop you from doing what you want. That is not my intent. I do have a strong opinion on this topic and at the same time hate to discourage others.

My suggestion concerning the VFP Framework is to not use it for anything serious. Better to not use it at all! It would be difficult to modify and is limited to what it can do. You will spend many hours trying to modify its functionality as may be required for your use. It is easy to break code by modifying the framework. You will not receive support or upgrades as are available from commercial products. Additionally, there are no Internet forums available where discussion of the VFP Framework is to be found.

I have made a great deal of money resolving issues when the VFP Framework was used to create applicatons. Developers who have used it that I know are sorry they did.
