I know that we need a company prefix to do SSCC-18 and SCC-14, but it's the companies that are our customers that have to take one, not us. The only thing we're doing, is the system that will use the SSCC-18 and the SCC-14, that's all. So, I don't need for our companie the company prefix, but because I don't have a membership to UCC or ECCC, I don't have the information I need for the system.

That's my problem.
