If you go to Word/Tools/Options you can "turn off" many "features". Now my version of Word looks more like WordStar, but I still cannot figure how to implement the keyboard shortcuts like ^K, ^KS, ^Q, etc. :)

By the way I use PageMaker to create documents such as manuals, etc. Word to me is a type writer and nothing else. When Word is used in this fashion I can get along with it. :)
