Use the HTML tags for preformatted text. Of course, if I put them in literally, all you'd see is blue!

The tag pair is (with an extra space between the brackets and tag text):

< pre >Put any text you want here. < /pre >

And it will look like:
Put any text you want here.
One really nice thing about PRE is that it preserves whitespace, where other HTML text doesn't. Makes code listings much more readable.

BTW, if you just hit "reply" to this message, you'll see the actual text unformatted.
