>>>>>After having upgraded to Win2k, I found that the Intel 85815 display adapter needed to be upgraded. So, I went to Intel site and downloaded the Win2k version. Now, I can select again from the Intel adapters in the Properties for the Display. However, I only have access to 640 and 800. What happened to 1024 resolution?

>>>Ok, I did succeed on installing the Monitor type I had before. I am all set up now in that location. However, the refresh modes still only show 640 and 800. I have both latest drivers for Win2k. I don't know what is causing 1024 to be hidden.

From the Monitor page click on 'Properties'
- Select Driver tab and Click on 'Update Driver'.
- Click 'Next' on the Wizard screen.
- Select 'Display a list ... ' and click 'Next'
- Select 'Show all ...' ' and click 'Next'
- Go to the top of the Manufactures list. It should say (Standard monitor types)
...
